About the role
Lead crews placing spread footings, equipment foundations, industrial slabs and heavy-duty paving — layout, forms, rebar, pours, finishing and curing.
What you'll do
- Coordinate pours with the superintendent, pump and ready-mix suppliers and the testing lab.
- Supervise formwork, rebar, embeds and anchor-bolt templates; check elevations and floor-flatness requirements.
- Run finishing crews, jointing, curing and protection.
What you bring
- 8+ years commercial/industrial concrete, 3+ years as foreman on large slabs or paving.
- Reads structural drawings; laser or total-station layout experience.
- OSHA 30 preferred; bilingual English/Spanish; authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Laser-screed experience.
- ACI Flatwork Finisher certification.
Pay: competitive, based on experience. Hourly roles: overtime per FLSA; PPE provided.
