Project Manager — Industrial Construction
Own delivery of multi-building industrial packages in the United States — foundations, structural steel erection, building envelope and MEP coordination — from mobilization through completion.
CTECP INC is building its U.S. project team, field crews and licensed-subcontractor bench for upcoming industrial construction work. Project, field and subcontractor openings below.
Heavy industrial construction: foundations and industrial slabs, structural steel erection, insulated wall and roof panels, heavy concrete paving, underground utilities and MEP coordination. Work is performed under US codes and owner audit standards.
A global design-build contractor's first U.S. team — small, senior and hands-on.
You join the contractor's own team and payroll — not a staffing agency bench.
Heavy industrial work that builds your résumé: tall steel frames, mezzanines, big slabs, heavy paving.
CTECP has delivered 250+ industrial projects in 9 countries since 2016. CTECP INC (Katy, TX, est. 2024) brings that experience to the Gulf Coast.
OSHA-driven site, licensed trades only, 100% documented workforce. We build the way owners audit.
Three groups: the project team (salaried), field crews (hourly) and licensed subcontractor packages. Open any card for the full description.
Own delivery of multi-building industrial packages in the United States — foundations, structural steel erection, building envelope and MEP coordination — from mobilization through completion.
Run the field: foundations and slabs, structural steel erection with mezzanine levels, wall and roof panels and heavy paving — safely, in sequence, on schedule.
Be the technical link between a Mandarin-speaking ownership and design team and the English-speaking field: drawings, submittals, RFIs, quantities and schedule.
Own safety on a steel-erection and heavy-concrete site under a zero-tolerance owner: fall protection, crane and rigging, excavation, hot work and confined space.
Verify that foundations, slabs, bolted and welded steel connections and the building envelope are built to drawings, specifications and code — and document it.
Price US industrial work in US units with real U.S.-market subcontractor and material costs — and build the bid packages that win the next phases.
Keep information moving without loss between a Mandarin-speaking owner, English-speaking subcontractors and a Spanish-speaking field — documents, meetings, reports and office administration.
Lead an ironworker crew erecting structural steel frames with mezzanine levels, bracing and purlins — plumb, bolted, welded and inspected.
Erect columns, beams, mezzanine framing, bracing, purlins and girts; bolt up and weld connections at height.
Install insulated and single-skin metal wall panels, roof panels, trim, flashing and accessories on a new industrial building.
Lead crews placing spread footings, equipment foundations, industrial slabs and heavy-duty paving — layout, forms, rebar, pours, finishing and curing.
Form, tie and finish foundations, industrial slabs and heavy-duty pavement.
Operate telehandlers, forklifts and aerial lifts — and, for certified candidates, mobile cranes — supporting steel erection and panel installation.
Support concrete, steel and envelope crews: site prep, material handling, housekeeping, flagging and tool support.
Subcontract package: power distribution, lighting, grounding, underground duct banks and equipment connections for new industrial buildings — permits pulled under your own TDLR electrical contractor license.
Subcontract packages: ventilation and HVAC for industrial buildings; process-water and wastewater piping (CPVC and C900 PVC), domestic water and sanitary — permits under your own license.
Heavy reinforced concrete pavement on stabilized base, curb, underground conduit and water lines — phased around operating sites.
Vinyl-ester and epoxy/FRP lining of below-grade basins, trenches and floors in chemical and process-water service.
Erection of owner-furnished structural steel (frames, mezzanine levels, bracing, purlins) plus insulated wall and roof panels — crews with certified riggers, welders and supervision.
Email your résumé (and licenses/certifications for trades) with the role name in the subject line. Spanish- and Mandarin-speaking candidates welcome — write in the language you prefer. We answer every application within 5 business days.
Subcontractors: send a one-page capability statement, license numbers, insurance limits and three industrial references. We will reply with drawings and a bid form.
