About the role
Own delivery of multi-building industrial packages in the United States — foundations, structural steel erection, building envelope and MEP coordination — from mobilization through completion.
What you'll do
- Lead the package end to end: scope, schedule, budget, subcontracts, and the day-to-day relationship with the owner's engineering team and the engineer of record.
- Build and run the subcontractor plan (licensed electrical, mechanical/plumbing, paving, coatings, steel erection) and keep every trade compliant with Texas licensing and the owner's site rules.
- Drive the master schedule — foundations → steel → envelope → MEP — and coordinate owner-furnished steel deliveries, laydown and crane logistics.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, monthly pay applications and lien-waiver packages.
- Report weekly to CTECP leadership in English; work with a Mandarin-speaking ownership team through our bilingual coordinator.
What you bring
- 8+ years in US commercial/industrial construction, including 3+ years as PM on ground-up steel-framed buildings or plant work.
- Hands-on knowledge of structural steel erection, concrete foundations/slabs and MEP coordination in Texas.
- Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience; OSHA 30.
- Fluent English; authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Mandarin or Spanish.
- Experience with foreign-owned manufacturing clients.
- PMP; Procore or similar.
Pay: competitive, based on experience. Hourly roles: overtime per FLSA; PPE provided.
