Concrete Paving & Site Utilities Subcontractor

About the role

Heavy reinforced concrete pavement on stabilized base, curb, underground conduit and water lines — phased around operating sites.

Scope

• Subgrade preparation, 8-inch stabilized base, 7-inch reinforced pavement, joints, curbs and tie-ins to existing roads.
• Trenching and backfill for conduit and water lines; restoration of hardscape and landscape.
• Work in phases with traffic control on an active industrial site.

Qualifications to bid

• Own paving crews and equipment (paver or laser screed preferred); insurance in place.
• Experience phasing work on active industrial sites in the United States.
• Available on short notice.
