Industrial Coatings & FRP Lining Subcontractor

About the role

Vinyl-ester and epoxy/FRP lining of below-grade basins, trenches and floors in chemical and process-water service.

Scope

• Surface preparation and vinyl-ester laminate lining (~450 sf) of a concrete basin about 8 ft below floor level.
• Epoxy fiberglass lining of perimeter trenches (~2,000 sf) and chemical-resistant floor coatings; FRP trench covers.
• Confined-space entry program, holiday testing and manufacturer-witnessed QC.

Qualifications to bid

• Documented vinyl-ester / epoxy FRP lining experience in chemical or wastewater service; manufacturer-certified applicators.
• Insurance in place; NACE/AMPP inspector access a plus.
• Available on short notice.
